Four Automatic Tool Changers
The F3300's four automatic tool changers provide redundancy and eliminate the non-print time caused by single-extruder thermal cycling. Fewer interruptions, fewer failed builds, and far less operator involvement across long production runs.
Double the Throughput
Linear motors and encoders replace the belts and pulleys used in legacy FDM systems, enabling faster and more precise head movement. Combined with faster extrusion rates and multi-resolution printing, the F3300 produces 1.5 to 2 times the parts in the same timespan depending on geometry.
A New Control System
Built on an entirely new additive platform with an advanced control system and EtherCAT communication across every subsystem. Autocalibration removes manual calibration after material changes, and onboard dryers keep material at optimal humidity so moisture never costs you a build.
Lower Cost Per Part
Savings of 25 to 45 percent compared to other Stratasys FDM solutions. The 4100 cc material spools cut reloading frequency and material cost, while a 25 percent gain in accuracy and repeatability means less scrap on every build. Runs ASA, polycarbonate, Nylon 12CF, and ULTEM 9085 in a 600 x 600 x 800 mm envelope.
